Interviewing teachers about video games, apps, & interactive simulations for learning.

Are you an educator in a school or similar setting working directly with pre-school through 12th grade students?

Is at least one of the following true for you?
  • Your students play educational games/apps/interactive simulations at school,
  • they play video games at home or other places as part of class assignments, or
  • they play games independently with themes that are then discussed in the education setting (e.g. history or science topics in commercial video games regularly foster conversations in class).
I am interviewing K-12 teachers who use video games and/or interactive simulations in connection with their curriculum. Our research team would like to find out about teachers' information needs and search strategies regarding finding and accessing games for learning.

We are offering a $15 Amazon gift certificate to each qualifying K-12 teacher interviewed by phone or Skype by June 14th.
